About the Role The role will report into the Deputy Manager and help support the MD in the day to day running of the operation. The role is critical to ensure the smooth, consistent delivery of the product, maintaining legal and community obligations and assisting with the management of partners. The role holder will need to build a relationship and work closely with relevant colleagues responsible for the growth strategy in Guinness and the wider Diageo GB team. Qualifications and Experience Required Experience of managing an Experiential venue ideally if not a multi-faceted hospitality venueExperience of managing a large scale hospitality venue ( ideally greater than 1,000 capacity)Experience of working in the West End in partnership with licensing, police and other authoritiesCrisis management experience / trainingExperience of venues offering different experiences; bar, restaurant, events, experientialExperience of opening a new venue or of large scale capex investment launchesExperience of managing large teams (+50 staff)Experience of working closely with key stakeholdersExperience of delivering high standards and NPS deliveryExperience of P&L delivery and managementWorking with Us Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our people work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
