We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and quality products that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds.Destination Motorcycles is currently seeking a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join their team in Christchurch, Dorset. This role involves managing customer interactions in the aftersales department, ensuring smooth operations in the workshop, and maximizing sales opportunities for service work, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and able to deliver exceptional service standards.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Responsibility for ensuring that the workshop environment is efficiently loadedHandle warranty claims and ensure timely completion of warranty work, to the satisfaction of customersOrganising all data capture to ensure that customers are communicated with effectivelyOptimise every opportunity for selling service work and promoting the activity of the Service and Parts departmentEnsure that aftersales customer satisfaction scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturerMaximise every opportunity for the sale of motorcycle parts & accessoriesKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:1-2 years of experience (preferred but not essential)Motorcycle licence (preferred but not essential)Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and work independentlySelf-motivated, able to work on own initiative without constant supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and able to create relationships at all levelsA flexible approach to workingPackage:Working Hours:Monday-Friday 08:30 - 18.00, Saturdays 08:30-18:00 1 in 2 (1st April 30th September)Monday-Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays 08:30-16:30 1 in 2 (1st October 31st March) Day off during the week to be taken in lieu of Saturday workingSalary: 30,000 Basic + BonusHoliday: 22 days plus bank holidaysBenefits: Competitive Salary, Staff Purchase Scheme, Car Benefit Scheme, Health Shield Health Cash Plan, Reduced Winter Hours.We are an Equal Opportunities EmployerDue to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
