Recruitment Coordinator Global Investment Management London | 4 days in the office, 1 from home | Ongoing temp with a view to perm A globally respected investment management firm is looking for a bright and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their close-knit HR team, supporting hiring activity across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youll be responsible for the seamless coordination of interviews, onboarding, and new joiner setupensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a smooth experience. Youll work across all levels and business areas, gaining exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders and recruitment processes. The team is friendly, supportive, and highly experienced, and youll be given the opportunity to grow into HR Analyst-focused tasks over timesuch as managing Workday requests, producing recruitment reports, and eventually owning parts of the hiring process yourself. Key responsibilities: Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones Coordinating screening and onboarding steps Preparing new joiner documentation and setup for day one Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies Supporting recruitment processes across all business areas and seniority levels Over time: managing Workday updates, tracking and reporting on hiring activity, and supporting broader HR operational tasks What were looking for: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a fast-paced scheduling role Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and working with different stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills A genuine interest in HR and recruitment, with a desire to develop your career within it This is a brilliant opportunity to join a globally recognised business in a people-focused role with lots of development potential.
