We are expanding our workforce and have an exciting opportunity to join our Basildon team as a CNC Machine Operator. As CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing products against designs and to quality standards. CNC Machine Operator Key Responsibilities: Loading materials and unloading finished products Cut, grind or drill materials in machine as required adjusting speeds, cutter paths and other machine settings as required Carefully following procedures and safety guidelines. Including company procedures, operating standards, and process documentation Maintaining an accurate log of production and equipment problems, adjustments, and repairs. Machine inspections for mechanical or safety issues Ensures machines are well stocked with tools and material to ensure limited downtime Safety focus to ensure themselves and others are safe around operational machinery Flexibility to support production requirements during busier periods Works appropriately with Teams Members CNC Machine Operator Qualifications & Experience: Ability to read technical drawings Experience of working to high quality standards on precision components Knowledge of safety and manufacturing regulations and procedures CNC Machine Operator Skills & Behaviours: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Walker?
