Liaise with carriers to ensure deliveries are arranged and delivered on time. Work alongside our Customer Services team to ensure all requests/queries are dealt with effectively. Key accountabilities for the Transport Administrator will be, but not limited to:Outbound flow of goodsSupport Freight Supervisor in ensuring shipment of goods in line with customer requirements. Ensure appropriate documentation accompanies all deliveriesMaintain Delivery report to continuously monitor delivery performanceLiaise with pallet/parcel carriers to ensure smooth transition of ordersCommunicate delays and issues to Customer ServicesManage priorities with Warehouse to ensure timely despatch of customer ordersManage Business ExpectationsLiaise, support and develop effective working relationships with suppliers and internal and external customersProvide daily feedback on expectations and achievementsReport on Customer issuesIdentify opportunities for improvement in service, cost and quality.
