One of my clients based in the Midlands are currently on the search for an interim Environmental Crime Officer/Waste Enforcement Officer for a 6 month placement which is likely to extend.The ideal candidate is expected to: Investigate incidents of fly-tipping. Advise and take legal action against local businesses on their disposal/handling of trade waste. Issue fixed penalty notices to offenders for littering, transportation of controlled waste and trade waste offences.
