HRGO are currently recruiting for aWelder, Fabricator & Assembly Operativefor our client based in Ashford. This is a permanent opportunity. Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced operative who has the ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble their diverse product range to a given drawing and specification. Hours: Mon - Thurs, 0800 - 1700 Fri, 0800 - 1600 Pay: Responsibilities: Undertaking the welding, fabrication, and assembly process for steel components. Ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of the weld and fabrication process. Able to self-inspect and complete work to the quality standards the business adheres to. Being proactive in your role, highlighting and recording any possible issues/problems/variances during the weld and fabrication process, as well as contributing any ideas and suggestions to the company. Assisting with general housekeeping and production operations as required. Ideal Candidate: Previous welding and fabricating experience is essential.
