About the RoleAs aRapid Response Healthcare Assistant , you will be a key part of ourPackage Mobilisation Team , ensuring that new clients receive a positive and seamless introduction to Harmony Healthcare. You will providehigh-quality careduring the firstfour weeksof their service, supporting client setup and transitioning to a permanent care team. This role requirestravel up to 100 milesfrom your home postcode, with: Mileage paid Overnight accommodation costs coveredwhere necessary. You may be called upon at short notice and will work a variety of shifts, includingdays, nights, weekends, and bank holidays . Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, person-centred care to new clients in their own homes. Support the setup of care packages, including documentation and equipment checks. Assist with the introduction of the client's permanent care team. Maintain accurate care records and adhere to CQC regulations. Work flexibly to respond to urgent referrals across a wide geographical area. Collaborate with the Mobilisation Team to ensure a smooth transition for clients. What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experiencein complex care, supporting adults and children with Tracheostomy, Medication administration, Epilepsy support, Ventilation and Suctioning. Previous experience in arapid/crisis response role(desirable). Afull, clean driving licencewith access to your own vehicle is desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Aflexible and proactive attitude , with the ability to work independently.
