Direct message the job poster from Leeds Property Rentals CEO Leeds Property Group & Owner at Leeds Property RepairsCompany Description Leeds Property Rentals is currently expanding and is currently looking for a Letting Agent manager, with the skills to set up and run an agency with a pre-existing holding company and property on the books. Role Description Experienced property professional with transferable skills required to manage a small office and take a senior role in portfolio management. Currently due to move offices (and a time of large expansion) so an exciting role for someone to take on and make their own. The role will require excellent administration within the office and liaison with site / property refurbishments and taking an active role in pushing the company forward through new and existing processes. - Contractor liaison where needed - Property pricing for new letting year and potential works lay out - Managing staff for day to day items like deposit charges / complaints - Ensuring standards and latest regulations are met across the portfolio - HR management for the PAYE staff across the offices - Development of staff and quality checking / one to ones etc - Report producing for ownership - Acting as point for Invoice approval / Payrole / Financial analysis of projects or repairs for approval - Diary management – Holidays / Overtime hours / cover - Office H & S – Risk assessment / fire regulations - Personal Development through courses and qualifications - Training / improvements in office staff to action - Sounding board for company direction matters - New property visits - for purchase / comparables etc The ideal candidate will have property experience, but most essentially the administrative skills to record and organise in a fast paced work environment. The role is diverse and everyday will require different problem solving, but the ideal individual will be excellent at navigating past these. Office hours are 8am - 5.30pm This is an office based role and WFH is not offered at this stage. Qualifications Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents skills Communication and Customer Service skills Property Management experience Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Letting Agent laws and regulations Experience with property showings and lease agreements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the Greater Leeds Area real estate market A full clean driving license is mandatory.
