Posted by:Armultra Ltd Location:Great Yarmouth Job DescriptionArmultra are looking to hire a Training Coordinator/Receptionist for their premises in Great Yarmouth. This will be a full time permanent position. ResponsibilitiesThe role will include but will not be limited to: Training – Coordinating training requirements for both clients and individuals – Organising internal training requirements – Assisting the Trainer with any additional requirements – Ensuring the Trainer has the required documentation ready for training to commence – Maintaining and ensuring the Training matrix is current and up to date – Purchasing of training equipment – Booking external assessors for training courses (when the training course requires an external assessor) – Maintaining accurate training records – Sending clients and individuals the relevant certification Reception – Greeting visitors when they arrive at Armultra, this will include ensuring that all visitors are inducted on site – Ensuring that all visitors comply with the PPE requirements on site – Ensuring that all visitors are signed in and maintaining the visitors book – Answering the main telephone line and directing calls through to the relevant person – Booking meeting rooms for both internal meetings and client meetings – Maintaining the building access system – Assisting management with apprenticeship applications – Assisting management with the fire evacuation process – Sending staff working hours through to management for review – Creating and scheduling all social media for the company – Ordering stationary and confectionary items – Organising lunch for clients – General clerical duties Key Attributes and Experience–Organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. –Communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, including employees, managers, and trainers. –Problem-solving skills Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the training process. –Interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals and teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
