Job RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the production of a diverse range of high-quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, capsules, and powders. Your expertise and commitment will be key in fulfilling our mission to provide our customers with premium products. Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Excellence: Operate with precision in manufacturing a variety of supplement forms, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed production targets. Quality Compliance: Diligently follow Batch Manufacturing Records and work in tandem with quality assurance/control teams to ensure the highest level of product integrity. Materials Handling: Precisely weigh and blend raw materials and accurately measure and size capsules/tablets to specific requirements. Yield Reconciliation: Conduct thorough yield reconciliations at the conclusion of each batch to ensure optimal efficiency. Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including line logs and quality records, with attention to detail. Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly production area following each campaign. Problem Solving: Proactively address and escalate issues to management and effectively troubleshoot recurring challenges. QualificationsExperience: Prior experience in a similar role within the food supplement or pharmaceutical industry is highly valued. Skills: A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Education: GCSE or equivalent qualification is preferred.
