Facilitate ouraircraft turnaround , working with all teams involved in the turnaround, including Ground Operations colleagues, third-party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams. Performpre-flight check requirements , preparing accurateloading documentationincluding trim calculations and loading instructions. Work to legal regulations and company requirements; operating all equipment in a safe manner and maintain a clear andsafe working environmentfor you and your colleagues. Welcome customersas they arrive for check-in, offering assistance and support at both self-service kiosks and manned check-in desks, while alsomanaging queuesefficiently. Assiston departure with theboardingof our flights andsupport our customerswhen they arrive as part of ourWelcome Home Team . Ensure the delivery of an effective andfriendly servicethat meets the needs of our customers and promotes ourbrand values . This is a varied and fulfilling role with essentialoperational responsibility . We offer either a37.5 hour per week fixed term contractuntil November 2025 or a30 hours per weekcontract on apermanent seasonal basis . Our permanent seasonal contracts have a short break over our winter period. This is a rostered role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required. Shifts are a rolling 4 shifts on, 2 days off pattern and include frequent very early starts, late finishes & working weekends & bank holidays. You will receive your roster 4 weeks in advance. What Experience Will I Need? The successful candidate will haveprevious experience within a Ground Operationsenvironment, and will possess an understanding of thetechnical aspects of the aircraft turnaround process . You will ideally haveprevious dispatchorturnaround supervisory experience . With a positive and conscientious approach, you will have strongteamwork skills , along with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively and ensure thesafetyof our customers, yourself and your team. For all our airside roles you must hold a fullUK Driving Licenceand the ability to pass aMedical , administered by the airport.
