About the Job The Systemic Pathway Lead post-holder will join the UEL DClinPsy course team and will be responsible for: Leading on the quality assurance and governance of embedded Systemic training, and overseeing the ongoing AFT accreditation process. Leading the development, delivery and governance of teaching for both the embedded Foundation and Intermediate level qualifications. Overseeing the clinical placement requirements of the embedded Intermediate qualification and the development and tracking of opportunities for systemic clinical practice and supervision. Offering supplementary systemic clinical supervision to trainees working towards the Intermediate level qualification. Working jointly with the academic team to oversee the assessments for both the Foundation and Intermediate level qualifications. Contributing to moderation of the marking of assessments related to systemic theory and practice. Providing supervisor workshops and reflective practice groups for placement supervisors. Working closely with the rest of the course team, as well as with external contributors, to ensure that the UEL DClinPsy training programme continues to offer excellent core systemic teaching and practice opportunities. About You Registered (or eligible to register) as a family/systemic therapist with the UKCP. Knowledge of the AFT Foundation and Intermediate accreditation requirements. Experience of teaching on a UK DClinPsy programme or other UK psychological professional training programme. Experience of supervising clinical psychology or family therapy/systemic practice trainees. Significant clinical experience within the NHS in the UK. Commitment to supporting practice which is culturally sensitive. Skills and experience in leadership, project management, service design and strategy implementation. Clinical psychologist applicants: registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). Available to work mostly on Mondays and Thursdays, with some flexibility.
