Night Veterinary Surgeon VacancyMy client is looking for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join the team, based in the town of Bishop Auckland. They are a fully working 24-hour hospital and you would work alongside an RVN and Aux nurse for a 13-hour shift. The practice has 3 sites across the area and you would be based in the hospital. They have a team of 18 vets across the 3 locations, with certificate holders in Medicine and Surgery and a colleague training towards an imaging Certificate. Equipment includes: Digital X-ray High specification Ultrasonography Diagnostics Dental Orthopaedic, Laparoscopic and endoscopy kit All shifts are 13 hours, which includes dedicated time to hand over to the day team. You will work 5 continuous shifts every month, with the rest of the month off. Accommodation can be offered for your working period, so this may suit someone who likes to 'fly in fly out' and spend the rest of the month travelling. Salary is between £45,000- £65,000, FTE depending on experience.
