The role in a nutshell: As PR Specialist, you’ll work closely with the PR Manager, be responsible for running the press office and work on new product launches and PR campaigns. You’ll build and maintain excellent relationships with key specialist and consumer media. Supporting the content creating by leading on press releases, bylines and campaign briefs. Support the PR Manager in building project/launch PR plans. Build and maintain a strong knowledge of products, the brand and markets they serve. Who we’re looking for: You’re a PR professional with a passion for fitness, sport and / or the outdoors. You’ll come from a Consumer PR background, ideally with 2-3 years of experience (both agency and in house talent will be considered) Key attributes: Strong media relationships across consumer, lifestyle, and consumer tech sectors A passion for sports / fitness and excitement for the innovative brand. You’ll be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the media landscape knowing what makes a good news story and be able to angle a hook to generate traction. You’ll be hyper-organised, delivering work on time to the highest of standards. Nobody's perfect, but you might be close.
