We are looking for a Care Professional with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team inKensington and Chelsea.As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own home with your support. Responsibilities may include: Companionship Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops Meal preparation and light housework Building strong professional relationships Assistance with personal care and taking medications What does being a Caregiver involve? Minimum 2-hour visits Introductions to all new clients Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
