Support residents withdaily living activities , including dressing, mobility, and meals. Assist in deliveringspecialist dementia carethrough a compassionate and tailored approach. Encouragesocial engagementand promote overall well-being. Monitor residents'health and well-being , reporting any concerns to senior staff. Work collaboratively withcolleagues, families, and healthcare professionalsto ensure the highest standard of care.Requirements: Acaring and empathetic naturewith a strong commitment to elderly care. Previous experience in a care role is preferred butnot essential , as full training will be provided. Aprofessional and team-oriented approachwith excellent communication skills. NVQ qualifications inHealth & Social Careare desirable but not required.
