FACTORY OPERATIVE Due to growth, we are looking for Factory / Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company. This will be a temporary to permanent role working full-time Day shift hours: Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.00am – 2.30pm. You will need a full clean driving licence for this role due to any van duties that need covering. Duties Will Include: Working on a fast-paced production line Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements Using hand tools and machinery Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping Quality checking and inspecting orders Any other general factory duties Experience and skills required for this role include: Previous experience of working in a factory or shop floor Full clean driving licence Be self-motivated and eager to learn Good communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Attributes needed for this role: Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively Have a strong work ethic A good understanding of English both written and spoken Benefits of this role: On-site parking Full on-the-job training Bonus and flexible overtime once permanent A working culture which encourages progression and development Daytime hours only, no shift work – only need to be flexible due to any overtime when at peak time If you feel you are suitable and are available immediately, please apply online.#J-18808-Ljbffr
