Early Years Skills Coach/TutorSalary: £25,000 - £28,000FTE (salary will be pro rata based on hours agreed) Contract: Part-Time Permanent Location: To cover the West Midlands Are you passionate about shaping the future of Early Years professionals? We’re on the lookout for a dedicatedEarly Years Skills Coach/Tutorto join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work towards their qualifications. From delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one-to-one coaching and assessment, you’ll be instrumental in guiding learners towards success. What You’ll Do:Deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions, including induction Support apprentices through one-to-one coaching and workplace visits Assess and provide feedback on apprentices’ portfolios Deliver English and maths Functional Skills up to Level 2 Monitor progress, set challenging targets, and help learners achieve their goals Maintain high levels of apprentice attendance, retention, and achievement What We’re Looking For:A background in Early Years with at leasttwo years’ experiencein the sector within the last three years Experience delivering training to16+ learners and adults A passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential ALevel 3 Teaching Qualification(or willingness to achieve within six months) ATAQA or equivalent assessor qualification(or willingness to achieve within six months) Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and engaging approach As this is aperipatetic role , you’ll need afull driving licence and access to a car , as training will take place across employer locations.
