Health Care Assistant (Tier 2 Sponsorship)Pyson Management Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Health Care Assistant to join our client’s team. Position DetailsJob Type:Full Time Location:Sussex, UK Main DutiesAssisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home environment. Monitoring service user’s conditions and reporting any changes to the management team. Assisting with meal preparation. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for service users, including cleanliness of service user’s home to meet health and safety requirements. Other tasks may include but are not limited to: Light fires or operate other sources of warmth. Ensuring good quality of life by using home facilities for laundry and dishwashing. Undertaking essential shopping when required. Administering and recording medications. Assisting with the collection of medicines from the pharmacy when required. QualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Please note that we are willing to train you if you have limited work experience and also able to offer COS (Tier 2 visa sponsorship); however, you must have worked with us for 6 months to be considered. We are keen on candidates who have a valid driver’s license and their own car, already resident in the United Kingdom.
