This holistic approach not only enhances compliance and efficiency but also supports the strategic goals of our clients, making RSM a trusted partner in the ever-changing landscape of employer solutions.Joining us as an Employment Tax Associate Director in one of our national offices (Birmingham, Leeds, London, Cambridge, Gatwick, Bristol, Guildford, Reading or Southampton), you will be working within a strong and growing team and would suit an individual who is passionate about navigating the complexities of employment tax and who is looking to build their career in a progressive environment where your personality and expertise can make a significant impact.You’ll make an impact by:Collaborating with a national team of 100 experts, providing cutting-edge solutions to our diverse client base.Contributing to raising the bar in employment tax standards by using your skills and knowledge in a practical and insightful way.Focusing on key areas for your clients including employment tax risk and governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage, payrolling of benefits and much more.Engaging with a variety of clients, from FTSE 100 companies and large overseas parented subsidiaries to PE-backed firms and founder-let, fast growth businesses.Being part of a team that values your insights and contributions, providing an opportunity for you to use your experience to develop members of the team, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and innovation.What we are looking for:We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
