Here at GXO, we are recruiting for aWarehouse First Line Managerto join our Iceland team at our busy temperature-controlled site in Warrington. As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring and driving efficient operational performance, whilst maintaining strong communications with the on-site management team. Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of colleagues to operational success in our temperature-controlled warehouse Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met and exceeded Maximise productivity and improve quality in order to grow your team Lead HR requirements in relation to investigation, disciplinary, grievance and absence management Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally a grocery operation) The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,280.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
