Direct Mail Account Manager - Crawley - 9.00am-5.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm Title: Direct Mail Account Manager Hours:9am – 5.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hour week) Salary: Up to £40,000 Job Ref: 33207 A fabulous opportunity has arisenfor anexperienced Account Managerto join our clientsdirect mail facility.Ideally the successful candidate will have astrong background in account managementwithin thedirect mail industry.The Account Manager will be expected to support with all aspects ofthemanagement, development and delivery of the customers print communications and will strategically grow relationships with customers. Candidate Responsibilities: Build good working relationshipswith clients, multiple stakeholders, including key client representatives, business end users, designers, suppliers, production and operations teams. Preparation ofquotations for clients for their various print requirements . Work closely with designers and suppliers tocreate artwork to the clients specification. Monitor client orders,ensuring prompt delivery within the specified timeframe , communicating any delays. Manage client enquiries withcustomer satisfaction being the key priority. Maintain stock levels and keeping a tight handle on any packaging requirements for the business. Ideally you will have: The desire to deliver ahigh level of customer service. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Eye for detail and ability to spot potential problems before they occur. An enthusiastic and flexible attitude,highly motivated and with a sound work ethic. A team player, able towork under pressure and deliver results.
