The position would suit someone with agricultural or groundworks experience to assist the technical team at drill sites and workshops across Cornwall. Under the direction of the lead technician, the following tasks will be carried out: Upkeep of site equipment and machines Maintenance inspections of equipment for suitability to operate On-site breakdown support Ongoing improvement projects Building maintenance and repairs Moving of site equipment with telehandler/loader Loading/unloading of deliveries with forklift Assist drill site operations with machinery operation Operation of agricultural equipment (Telehandler/tractor loader) Trailer haulage experience (bale/corn/dung cart) Mechanical knowledge of generators/machines Maintenance knowledge of machinery Experience of pumps/motors fitting and maintenance Knowledge of chemical handling/COSHH First Aid Water hydraulics and piping/hose hook-up and layout This is a physically demanding position and requires a good level of fitness.
