Exciting Opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to gain valuable experience working within Walk-in Centres. Are you a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner with dual training in Minor Illness and Injuries? Merco are working with a leading healthcare provider to recruit talented ACPs for their multi-disciplinary teams across two sites in Leeds. The Role: As an ACP in this dynamic team, you will: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified). Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best patient outcomes. Conduct face-to-face consultations, deliver urgent primary care, and facilitate onward referrals where necessary. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the right level of care. Utilise your clinical expertise to support high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
