Salary:Up to 40K Region:Wembley Closing Date:31/08/2025 Position OverviewTeam Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within East London and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location. Minimum RequirementsYou must have: Experience of managing a small team Ability to work independently or within a small team Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience Experience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc. A valid driver's license Job ResponsibilitiesThe job involves: Mobile work on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites Working within a small team Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction with the works carried out Company van and mobile iPad are provided, along with vehicle checks. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. Salary: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour work week through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
