The SQuarE Route are currently working with a rapidly expanding multi-office practice with a requirement for a litigation solicitor to be based in their Central Stockport office. Key Responsibilities: Handle a variety of general civil litigation and contentious probate cases. Assist the senior partner with case management and preparation. Conduct legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings. Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices. Requirements: Newly Qualified to 3 years post-qualification experience in litigation. Strong understanding of civil litigation and contentious probate. Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills. Ability to work under supervision and take initiative.
