Job Title– Store Manager Department/Sector– Retail Job Location– Barnstaple – Devon Salary– £19,000 – £24,000 Our client is recruiting a Store Manager who will be given the freedom to build the store’s success. They stock a variety of home, kitchen-ware, gifts, healthcare and other products. You’ll be taking charge of a very big business. This means there’ll be a multi-million operation to oversee, major budgets and P&L to manage and a detailed business strategy to roll out. You must make sure every member of your team is empowered to achieve great things. They need you to create a friendly, family culture in which colleagues trust and respect each other. You need to create amazing value for customers. Responsibilities:Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store. Build the brand and provide customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure they keep coming back. Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit. Deliver a great shopping experience in a safe and secure environment for all customers.
