Responsibilities: As a manager in a Tesco Store, you will play a key role in serving Britain’s shoppers better every day. You will:Maximise sales, impact, and presentation for your department. Ensure safety and compliance in the store. Lead from the front on the store floor with colleagues and customers. Develop your team by spotting talent and providing feedback. You will need: The attitude, aptitude, and aspiration to be a great retail manager. You should:Encourage new ideas and best practices among colleagues. Build a strong team spirit and relationships beyond the store. Seize opportunities and act quickly for colleagues and customers. Thrive on change and lead people through it.
