Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions. Motivatingyour team and new recruits, ensuring they receive thetrainingandsupportthey need to flourish in their career. Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager – Estate Agent: Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales ManagerorSales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress. DemonstrableSales Managementexperience. Able to generate new business in atarget-drivenenvironment. Proven experience managing, leading, andmentoringa team. Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience. Resilient,positive , organised, numerate, anddetail-oriented . Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills.
