We are recruiting forProduction Operativesfor a client based in Daventry. This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job. Location:Daventry Shift:Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm, Early finish on a Friday. Pay Rate:£12.47 per hour holiday accrued or £13.97 per hour holiday paid (holiday pay paid on top of hourly rate) Duties: Lifting of items onto production lines Moving goods around the factory Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly process Operating machinery and production equipment Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health & safety guidelines The ideal candidate must: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Previous experience working with metal/in fabrication Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges If you are interested, please send a copy of your CV to (url removed).
