Cyber - Identity & Access Management - Senior AnalystIdentity & Access Management - Senior Analyst – KPMG Curve Base Location:Leeds based (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) As a result of the work that we do, we require applicants to hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, the requirements for which could include but not be limited to having resided in the UK for at least the past 5 years and being a UK national or dual UK national. Lead IAM projects work-streams from inception through to final delivery. Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls. Support in developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains. Create IAM solution blueprints and produce high-level designs for technical and process solutions across a range of IAM domains. Provide specialist knowledge on IAM tooling, and their integration with client IT systems. Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Analyse and interpret data, draft report findings, and attend client meetings. Contribute to the establishment and development of both internal and external relationships and support business development activities. Shape, develop, contribute to and present proposals to support clients with IAM. Coach and develop junior team members. Recognise the importance of continuous self and team development. Foster a sense of self-belief and confidence in others. What will you need to do it? Proven experience of IAM requirements gathering; and strategy and design development. Proven experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects. Proven experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID. General knowledge across multiple IAM domains, with in-depth experience across two or more specific domains. Proven track record of delivering high quality outputs, on time and meeting/exceeding expectations. Project management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own work to meet project requirements. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills; Visio and SQL skills desirable but not essential. Ability to interpret enterprise scale user data and generate insights. Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal relationships. Skills we’d love to see: Experience of working within a professional services environment.
