We are recruiting a Senior Connections Contracts Specialist, who is a highly skilled professional to help shape the future of connections. As Senior Connections Contracts Specialist, you will report to the Head of Networks and be responsible for preparing and managing connection contracts for strategic projects, including large-scale generation, energy storage, and demand technologies. You will work closely with customers and industry stakeholders to develop connection policies and contractual terms that align with the evolving energy landscape. The successful candidate will: Have a degree in a business, technical, or engineering discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in contract management. Possess strong customer and commercial awareness with experience in contract management. Be skilled in building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines using a flexible approach to ensure delivery along with introducing innovative solutions to drive successful outcomes. Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Possess experience in dispute resolution and negotiations using excellent guidance and influencing skills. Show excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
