Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in our Radstock office with the flexibility for work from home 1 day a week. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for daily tasks related to mortgage advice. We use proprietary software Mortgage Assist Pro, which performs compliance and affordability checks on all documents relating to a mortgage application for our brokers. Our admin team will handle application submission and case managing up to the point of completion. Qualifications and Requirements An in-depth knowledge of new build criteria. Ability to work alongside estate agents. Minimum 1 year mortgage advisor experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Relevant certifications of CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent.
