Issuing CAD drawings to clients. Assisting project managers with quotes and tenders. Processing orders for projects and one off’s for the Project Team. Entering all project jobs onto Mercury system. Checking items have been delivered in time for installation. Preparing commissioning sheets with labels. Liaising with Suppliers Representatives and ensuring price lists are up to date. Answering telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner. Passing on details for invoicing to Business Manager when jobs have been installed. Assisting project managers with installations as required. Carrying out any reasonable requests as instructed. The candidateThe successful candidate will be capable of delivering a high quality service that meets our customer’s expectations and builds rapport with our customers to understand their needs. They will have a good eye for detail ensuring the accuracy of their work.
