To further develop our branches in Milton Keynes and Belfast, we need great people to sell, design, make and distribute our modular steel frames.The Role As an Office Administrator at our Belfast office, you will be part of the Supply Chain team and responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain operations. This role involves administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation records, providing an excellent level of customer service and proactively communicating with all company stakeholders.Teamwork, communication and attention to detail are crucial for you to succeed in this role.Your duties and key responsibilitiesAnswering and directing incoming phone calls, dealing with inbound enquiriesAssisting and liaising with the Office Manager, Purchasing Manager and Logistics Manager at all timesAssisting the Field team with customer/order informationProcessing sales quotations, orders, and invoices on the ERP systemProcessing Warehouse and Logistics documentationFiling of relevant Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse documentsGeneral office duties (e.g. data entry, filing, copying)Checking stock levelsKeeping customers informed about order statusMaintaining contact lists and general information in the CRM systemEnsuring that premises are well-maintained and taken care ofProviding general support to visitors and guestsYour ProfileMinimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service and administrative relevant rolesProficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent multitasking and priority management skillsSelf-motivated and highly proactiveAbility to work collaboratively with all departments.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Our OfferWorking hours: Monday to Friday; full-time preferred 8AM - 5PM (possible agreement on part-time with approximate core hours 8AM - 3PM)25 days annual leave (+bank holidays)Onsite free refreshments and regular staff lunchesPossibility of enrolling with Private Healthcare & Local Gym MembershipA friendly, diverse and supportive working environmentStarting date: employment to start from October onwardsCareer Prospects and Training At Sikla we believe in career plans based on long-term strategy, built on teamwork, growth and development.
