Your Role As a Crèche Practitioner, you will: Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activities Support the Manager in planning and delivering activity programs Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents Take on Key Worker responsibilities when required What We’re Looking For Experience working with children aged 3-11 years Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
