This is an exciting opportunity to be part of aUK-wide construction consultancy , delivering high-profile projects for a national client in theleisure sector . The role offers a blend of pre- and post-contract duties, requiring expertise inJCT contracts . This position provideshybrid working (3 days in the office)and the opportunity to travel across the UK for project work. Key Responsibilities: Act asEmployer's Agent and Quantity Surveyoron a range of leisure sector projects. Manage bothpre- and post-contractstages, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Providecost management and financial reportingto ensure project success. Advise on and administerJCT contracts , ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Nottingham office. About You: MRICS Chartered(or working towards). Proven experience inboth pre- and post-contractQuantity Surveying. Strong understanding and experience withJCT contracts . Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a client-facing role. Willingness to travel across the UK for project work.
