Your responsibilities will include: Conductingcomprehensive mental health assessmentsfor children and young people in crisis. Developing and implementingpersonalised care plansin collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Providingevidence-based therapeutic interventionsto support emotional well-being and recovery. Offeringcrisis intervention and risk management strategiesto ensure the safety of young people. Liaising with families, schools, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care. Maintainingaccurate and up-to-date patient recordsin line with NHS standards and guidelines. Offering guidance and psychoeducation to families and caregivers. Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need: A current and validNMC registration(or relevant professional body registration). Previous experience inCAMHS urgent careor working with children and adolescents in mental health crisis settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to workindependently and within a multidisciplinary team . A commitment to deliveringhigh-quality, patient-centered care . This role requires availability forlong days . The contract is for an initial3-month period , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
