The ideal candidate will be a Junior Director, Vice President, or Associate Director with around 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in Infrastructure and Renewables with the opportunity to work across Europe and the UK. Key Responsibilities: Modelling and Execution: Hands-on involvement in financial modelling and deal execution. Exposure: Work across various verticals including renewables, digital, and data centres. Export Finance: Involvement in export finance activities. Deal Leadership: Lead deals with support from a team of 3 lawyers. Collaboration: Reports directly to the Managing Director of Project Finance Requirements: Experience: Around 5 years of experience, with a focus on Infrastructure and Renewables. Languages: Proficiency in German or French is a plus. Skills: Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to execute deals. Attributes: Gravitas, self-starter, and the ability to work independently. Notice Period: Ideally not more than 3 months.
