Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 5 credit controllers Manage aged debt and ensure timely collections Resolve customer queries and disputes Report on cash collections and key performance indicators Provide training and support for team development Management of own ledger What Were Looking For: 2 years experience in credit control, ready to step into management Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
