Location: Manchester (with travel to Derby and Newcastle campuses) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 Years Job Description: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the colleges marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student recruitment, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves a variety of tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the colleges courses, events, and initiatives. Manage and update the college website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with the colleges messaging. Plan, create, and distribute content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and print. Monitor and report on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement based on data analysis. Work with internal teams to design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements. Support the organization and promotion of college events, such as open days, webinars, and conferences. Build relationships with external partners, including local businesses, media, and agencies, to increase the college''s visibility. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices to continually improve marketing efforts. Key Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Desirable: Previous experience working in higher education or within the UK education sector. Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
