Job description Position: Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager Location: Leeds, UK Office-based Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 per year (DOE) About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Manager to lead our paid search strategy across Google Ads and SA360. This is a high-impact role where you will manage large-scale campaigns, optimise performance, and drive lead generation and B2C e-commerce growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage high-budget PPC campaigns (e.g., 250,000 per month) on Google Ads & Search Ads 360 (SA360) . Optimise bidding, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximise ROAS. Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking . Drive lead generation and B2C e-commerce growth using performance marketing KPIs (CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS). Work cross-functionally to improve ad creatives and landing pages for better conversion rates. Keep up to date with industry trends, privacy regulations (GDPR), and digital advertising best practices. Key Requirements 5 years of PPC experience , specialising in Google Ads & SA360 . Proven success managing high-budget PPC campaigns (250,000 per month) . Expertise in tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, attribution modelling). Experience in lead generation and B2C e-commerce performance marketing . Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making data-driven decisions. Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimisation . Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in digital advertising. Why Join Us?
