Job Description

Role overview: Salary 25,000 to 42,000, dependent on qualifications and experience Discretionary Annual Bonus Workplace pension 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Career progression and study support. Dependant on personal circumstances it can be negotiated at a later date for flexible work from home arrangement, although training and probation will be full time in office. Responsibilities: Assist in conducting research on financial products, including investment packages, pension schemes, and insurance plans. Ensure all financial advice adheres to the UKs Financial Conduct Authority regulations. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm''s efficiency and effectiveness. Managing confidential files and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Provide administrative support to advisers, paraplanners and the team in general, including produce applications and packs for clients, and drafting correspondence. Coordinate with various providers, our network and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities. Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required. Skills: Your background can be financial or in another sector where demonstrated your organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the firm. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Works well in a team. Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
