The Role Were looking for a seasoned Marketing Lead to lead the strategic development and execution of our Smile White brand. This pivotal leadership role requires a creative, commercially-minded marketer with proven experience in building consumer-facing brands at scale. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and positioning Smile White as the number one name in premium oral care. Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership: Own and evolve the Smile White brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with our commercial objectives and growth targets. Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing team covering digital, PR, creative, and partnerships. Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, paid social, and content marketing, driving customer acquisition and retention. Creative Oversight: Manage end-to-end creative output from ideation through to execution, maintaining high standards and innovation. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform brand direction. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI and allocate resources strategically. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership across the YDS Group to ensure alignment. About You Minimum 810 years in senior marketing roles, with at least 3 years at Head of level. Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, healthtech, or consumer healthcare is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinker with hands-on experience executing across digital, brand, and traditional marketing. Proven track record of scaling a brand, driving growth, and delivering measurable results. Natural leader and team builder, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
