We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a small, growing team at a specialist manufacturer based in Macclesfield. If you’ve got great attention to detail and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you’ll be trained across a range of tasks. What’s on offer? * £12.60 per hour * Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Pension contribution scheme * Overtime opportunities * On-the-job training where needed What will you be doing as a Production Operative? * Picking and packing products ready for dispatch * Preparing kits by counting and measuring small components * Assembling cables and antennas following instruction * Trimming and crimping wire to precise measurements * Carrying out basic soldering where required * Following production schedules and keeping work areas tidy and organised What do you need? * Previous electrical or assembly experience (desirable) * Soldering skills (desirable) * A good level of attention to detail * Basic maths skills for measuring and counting components Apply today or speak with Jack Lawrence at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
