You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and social skills.As the Toddler Room Leader, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers. Your responsibilities include leading a team, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high standards of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.Ensure the nursery environment is safe and welcoming for children, staff, and visitors.Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's individual development.Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in line with the nursery's ethos and curriculum approach.Oversee the daily operations of the room.Lead a small team, delegating responsibilities appropriately.Create engaging, fun, and educational activities for children.Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with the nursery's ethos and values.RequirementsMinimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.Previous experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting.Strong knowledge of child development for children aged 0-5 years.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.Passion for providing high-quality care and education.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Our Commitment We aim to make children feel at home in a stimulating and safe environment by combining the Early Years Foundation Stage with tailored care to give children the best start in education.Safeguarding is a top priority.
