As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to the Store Managers. You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers. This role may require late-night shifts and store closing duties. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
