Information, Advice & Guidance Officer (ESF CC Programme) X 4, LondonWe are seeking candidates with proven experience in delivering work and careers-related Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to support the ESF Connecting Communities Programme. The role involves managing a caseload of clients with multiple needs and supporting residents with complex barriers into training and employment. The ideal candidate should be committed, energetic, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a client-centered service. You will deliver employability, skills development, and job support from assessment to successful job placement. The role requires working one-to-one with clients and collaborating with internal and external partner agencies to achieve positive training and employment outcomes. Applicants must be IT literate and capable of using CRM systems to monitor client progress.
