We are working with a market-leading law firm based in Belfast for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a top-tier Real Estate team, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of property finance transactions, including development finance, and high-profile deals in NI. The individual will be responsible for reviewing a variety of real estate finance documentation and conducting due diligence. The successful candidate will work with a range of businesses and developers. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years’ PQE; Excellent academics; Technically excellent; Ability to work independently and as a team; Strong work ethic.
